Parents, Complete Your Athletics Registration Online!

Please read and follow these steps carefully to be fully registered.

IMPORTANT:  You are only registered once ALL steps are completed.

Step 1: Athletes must have a current sports qualifying physical exam on file in the Activities Office. Physicals are good for 3 years from date of your last physical. Once you have your physical completed by a doctor, you can turn it in to the office or you can scan it and submit completed physical forms online. Download 2019-2020 Physical Examination Clearance Form HERE.

Step 2: Click the icon above to access the online registration form page and complete it.  If you've ever registered for a sport before, you will log into your account and add any new/additional sports or athletes.  If you haven't, you'll create a new account. If you cannot remember your account/password, please contact the Activities Office.

Step 3: Once you've completed the form, you'll have the option to pay the activity fee online (credit card) or by cash/check.  If paying by cash/check, please send your payment to the Activities Office promptly.

Payments online are done through our PaySchools system. To pay your activities fee online, click HERE.
